Pharos Consulting is primarily based in the Fraser Valley, Canada (S'ólh Téméxw) and Wellington, New Zealand (Te Whanganui-a-Tara).
We recognize and the traditional, Indigenous communities of these lands (the Stó꞉lō First Nation and Te Āti Awa tangata whenua respectively), sincerely appreciate their stewardship, and acknowledge their deep connection to these territories and the natural environment.

His diverse background includes customer-facing and back office roles, team leadership, risk mitigation, project implementation, change facilitation, detailed reporting, and coaching.
A Microsoft Excel guru and Genesys Cloud™ WFM specialist, Karl holds certifications in Lean Six Sigma and Agile methodologies, and has delivered complex projects utilizing Prince2 and PMP frameworks. This flexibility allows him to provide high-quality yet tailored approaches to a wide range of organizations, staff and customers.
Kate Nickelchok, MA
ConsultantKate is a scholar-practitioner in the world of social change and global leadership development. They help organizations apply a holistic perspective to build sustainable communities and practices around the globe. Using collaborative, interactive facilitative tools, Kate helps design programs and services that thrive in balance with their members, the broader global community, and the environment.
Kate’s has multi-sector experience in change management, higher education, governance, analysis, leadership development, and social impact. They have lectured internationally, worked in over 60 countries, and are currently undertaking a doctorate in Education.
